1. Service Description
TrainCue is a guided training assistant that provides Free mode, Sets mode, Metronome mode, routine management, exercise preview images, and workout history.
The app is designed to help users plan, time, repeat, and review training sessions. It is not a replacement for professional instruction or medical care.
2. Fitness and Health Notice
TrainCue does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users are responsible for choosing training intensity based on their health condition, training experience, and professional medical advice when needed.
If you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, abnormal breathing, or other discomfort during training, stop exercising immediately and seek professional medical help when necessary.
3. User Content
You may create routines, action names, and exercise preview images in TrainCue. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you add does not infringe another party's rights and does not contain illegal, infringing, harmful, or inappropriate material.
User content in the current version is stored locally on your device. TrainCue does not upload exercise preview images to Starcore Studio servers. You should back up important data if you need to preserve it outside the app.
4. Access, Free Features, and Subscriptions
TrainCue provides Free Mode without requiring a subscription. TrainCue Plus is an optional subscription service that unlocks Sets mode, Metronome, Routine Library, exercise images, and workout history features.
Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing, and iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase and StoreKit. Subscription prices, billing periods, introductory offer availability, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase restoration are governed by the information shown by the relevant store, its account settings, and its policies.
When available in the relevant store, TrainCue Plus subscription options include:
- A monthly auto-renewable subscription.
- A yearly auto-renewable subscription.
- A store-managed free introductory offer for eligible users, when displayed by the store.
On the Apple App Store, eligible users may receive one month free when that introductory offer is displayed. The relevant store determines offer eligibility and availability. The price and local currency shown by the store before purchase confirmation apply. Unless the user cancels under the store's rules before the end of the current period, the subscription may renew automatically. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play or Apple account subscription settings and can use Restore Purchases in the app to refresh subscription status. Free Mode remains available without subscribing.
5. Availability and Changes
Starcore Studio may adjust TrainCue features, interface, prices, subscription benefits, or supported platforms based on feedback, system requirements, store policies, or product planning.
We try to keep the core training experience stable, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Disclaimer
You are responsible for the risks of using TrainCue for training. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Starcore Studio is not liable for losses caused by improper training, device settings, user content, third-party platform issues, or use of the app outside its intended purpose.
7. Termination
You may stop using or uninstall TrainCue at any time. Uninstalling the app usually removes local data, depending on your operating system and device settings.
Uninstalling TrainCue does not automatically cancel an active store-managed subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the relevant app store account settings.
