If you have a problem using TrainCue, contact Starcore Studio at [email protected].
Please include as much of the following information as possible:
- Device model.
- Operating system version.
- TrainCue app version.
- The page or workout mode where the issue occurred.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if available.
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
2. Data Deletion
The current version of TrainCue stores workout settings, custom routines, exercise preview images, and workout history locally on your device. It does not upload workout data, exercise images, or history records to Starcore Studio servers.
You can delete local TrainCue data by:
- Deleting custom routines inside the app.
- Clearing workout history inside the app.
- Clearing TrainCue app data through your operating system settings.
- Uninstalling TrainCue, subject to your device and operating system behavior.

3. Subscription Support
TrainCue Plus subscriptions on Google Play are managed through Google Play Billing and the user's Google Play account. Users can manage or cancel an active subscription from Google Play account settings. Restore Purchases in the app refreshes the subscription state returned by Google Play.
Starcore Studio does not receive full payment card details. Refund eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and trial conversion are handled by the store according to the store's policies and account settings.
4. Current Local Storage
TrainCue currently does not provide user accounts, cloud sync, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash reporting SDKs.
If account, cloud sync, payment, analytics, crash reporting, or server storage is added in the future, Starcore Studio will update the privacy policy and provide relevant account or server-side data deletion instructions before release.
