1. Data We Handle
TrainCue is a guided training assistant. The current Google Play version does not provide user accounts, upload workout data, use advertising SDKs, use analytics SDKs, or use cloud sync. It uses Google Play Billing to process TrainCue Plus subscriptions where Google Play subscription products are available.
The current version stores the following data locally on your device:
- Workout settings, such as mode, duration, metronome tone, and volume.
- Custom routines, action names, set count, action duration, and rest duration.
- Exercise preview images selected by you.
- Workout history, such as date, mode, duration, and completed sets.
- Language preference, first launch time, onboarding state, and local access state.
- Google Play subscription status returned to the app for enabling or disabling Plus access.
This data is used for TrainCue's core features and remains on your device. The current version does not send this data to Starcore Studio servers.
2. Exercise Images and Media Access
You may select images from your device as exercise preview images. TrainCue compresses and stores those images locally so they can be shown during training. The current version does not upload exercise images.
You should only add images you have the right to use and avoid adding sensitive, private, or inappropriate content.
3. Workout and Health Information
TrainCue stores workout duration, mode, and completion records locally for history and training review. The current version does not send workout records to a server.
TrainCue is not a medical product and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or personalized medical advice.
4. Third-Party Services
The current Google Play version uses Google Play Billing. Subscription purchase, payment method, trial, renewal, cancellation, refund, and restore handling are managed by Google Play under its own policies and the user's Google Play account settings. TrainCue reads the subscription state returned by Google Play only to enable or disable Plus features.
The current version does not integrate advertising, analytics, user accounts, cloud sync, or crash reporting. If Huawei AppGallery, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, analytics, crash reporting, cloud services, or other third-party services are added in the future, this policy will be updated before those changes are released.
5. Data Deletion
You can delete local TrainCue data by:
- Deleting custom routines inside the app.
- Clearing workout history inside the app.
- Clearing app data through your operating system settings.
- Uninstalling the app, subject to your device and operating system behavior.
If account, cloud sync, or server storage is added in the future, Starcore Studio will provide relevant account and server-side data deletion instructions. Store payment records, refunds, cancellation state, and subscription history are managed by the relevant app store account system.
6. Children's Privacy
TrainCue is intended for general fitness and training users and is not specifically designed for children. Children or minors should use training apps under guardian supervision.
7. Changes to This Policy
If app functionality, data handling, or third-party services change, this policy will be updated. When necessary, users may also be notified through the app or store listing.
